It was recently announced that the “Bones’” stars David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel will be joining the September 10 event, Stand Up 2 Cancer. The telethon will be on all the major networks on September 10 and celebrities are joining together to help raise money and awareness for cancer and its affects. The last time this telethon was done, Stand Up 2 Cancer raised about 20 million dollars and all proceeds were donated American Association for Cancer Research.

Every day in America 1500 people die and yet the means to save them are literally within our reach.
